Ingredients
- 1 cup canned green beans, drained
- 1 cup canned yellow beans, drained
- 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup canned lima beans, drained
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped finely
- 1 onion, cut into rings or smaller pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 2 tbsp parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Place first six ingredients in bowl. Combine rest of ingredients and drizzle over bean mixture. Cover, marinate several hours. Before serving, stir, then drain.
