  • 1 box yellow pudding cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 11 ounce can mandarin organes with juice
  • 3 ounces vanilla instant pudding
  • 16 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 large cool whip

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 3 - 9" round pans greased and floured. Bake 325 for 20 minutes.

Icing:

Mix pudding and pineapple well. Add cool whip. Spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
