Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 box yellow pudding cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 11 ounce can mandarin organes with juice
- 3 ounces vanilla instant pudding
- 16 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 large cool whip

Cooking time 30mins

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 3 - 9" round pans greased and floured. Bake 325 for 20 minutes.
Icing:
Mix pudding and pineapple well. Add cool whip. Spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
