  • 19 oz (540 ml) can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 c chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp Epicure Roasted Red Pepper Dip Mix
  • 3/4 c whipping cream (or substitute milk and add milk powder to thicken)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Simmer tomatoes, stock, and red pepper mix for 5 minutes. Whisk in cream/milk. Simmer 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
