  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp.cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg and salt
  • Topping
  • 6 oz. butter toom temp.
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 8 oz. chopped and toasted pecans
  • 3 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
