BEEF TENDERLOIN SAUCE - PENZEYS

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS Cold Butter
  • 1 1/2 C red wine
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 C half & half

Preparation

Step 1

Add wine to meat roasting pan.stir well, and then strain thru cheesecloth into a small saucepan. Add pepper and salt. Bring to a rapid simmer and reduce by half.

Add butter and whisk until dissolved. Stir in half & half. Bring to a simmer and pour over tenderloins.
