Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple plus juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, then transfer them to a 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 1 hour.
