SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE

Ingredients

  • 4 c. white bread (8 slices, diced)
  • 1 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar ( I used 1 1/2)
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained (or use pineapple tidbits)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk

Step 1


Mix everything together. Bake at 350 in glass, pyrex or corning ware dish for 45-55 minutes.
Use as a vegetable type dish with dinner. Excellent with ham or turkey.10-12 servings ( I never get that many servings but we love it.)
