LEMON ANGEL FOOD CAKE

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 package angel food cake mix
• 1/4 tsp yellow food colouring
• 2 tsp grated lemon rind
• Lemon Glaze:
• 2 tbsp soft butter
• 3 cups icing sugar
• 1/4 lemon juice
• 2 tbsp water
• Yellow food colouring

Preparation

Step 1

Add food collaring to water. Fold grated lemon rind carefully into batter. Bake cake according to directions.

Cream together butter and icing sugar. Gradually beat in lemon juice and water. Tint with food colouring.
