  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 4 c. shredded cheese
  • 1-12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper



Step 1

Cook the noodles on high for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, 3 c cheese, milk, evap milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Transfer to a slow cooker that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. cook on low for 5-6 hours - should be golden around edges. Do not remove cover.

Add more milk at end for creamy texture. Add more cheese to taste.
