Light and fluffy lemoney dessert with pecan crust!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 carton of Cool Whip
  • 1 cup confectionary sugar (sifted)
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 sm instant lemon pudding
  • 1 8oz creme cheese - room temp
  • 9 x 13 inch baking pan

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, margarine and pecans. Press in bottom of pan for crust.
Bake crust at 350 degrees for 20 minutes - let crust cool
Mix 1 cup Cool Whip, powdered sugar and creme cheese- spread evenly over crust.
Mix pudding with milk until thickened (mixer) - then spread over creme cheese layer.
Top with the rest of the Cool Whip and chill 2 - 3 hours before serving.
