    pkg Pillsbury Moist Supreme Yellow Cake mix

  • 1

    C. water

  • 1/3

    C. oil

  • 3

    eggs

  • 4

    C. chopped rhubarb

  • 1

    C. sugar

  • 1

    pt whipping cream

Directions

Use electric mixer to mix eggs, cake mix, oil and water at low speed until moistened. Beat for 2 min at high speed. Pour into 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Sprinkle rhubarb on top of batter and then sprinkle sugar on top. Pour cream on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-/4 - 1/-1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 30 minutes and refrigerate. Top with whipping cream or cool whip.
