Lbs ground liver (pork, beef or chicken)
Lbs ground hearts
Lbs bread crumbs
large Bermuda Onions, ground
Salt and pepper the onions to taste
Lbs of netting (a fatty tissue)
Mix all ingredients except the netting until the mixture is the same consistency of hamburg. Cut netting into pieces five inches in diameter. Place fagot meat in netting by using an ice cream dipper; wrap each piece. Place fagots in square cake pan tighlty together and cover with cold water. Bake uncovered in oven 350 degrees until brown. If desired, you may also add sage or sweet margarine.
