Ingredients
- 48 oz Chicken Broth
- 2 x 14 oz. Stewed Tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil oil or butter
- 19 oz. frozen tortellini (cheese)
- 10 oz. frozen spinach
- parmesan cheese grated

Step 1
1. In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, cook garlic in oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Add broth and tortellini. Heat to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes longer.
4. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
