Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 2 tbsp minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Season to taste with salt.
