Skinny Tortilla Chips 1 Picture


  • 2 10 oz packages corn tortillas (24 taco size tortillas)
  • cooking spray
  • large crystal salt (kosher or sea)

Step 1

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2Cover two cookie sheets with foil. Spray lightly with the cooking spray.
3Cut each tortilla into 6 triangles. (Stacking the tortillas and using a pizza cutters works great!)
4Arrange the tortilla triangles on the cookie sheets. The triangles should not touch. Spray lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt, to taste.
5Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, until the chips are just beginning to get golden brown.
6 Repeat will all until all are cooked.
