Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wing sections
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- pinch of cayenne, optional
- 2 tsp kosher salt, or to taste
- 2 tsp flour
- serve with Russian dressing as a dip
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put the wings in a bowl and toss with the oil.
2. Add the seasonings and mix well until the wings are coated.
3. Add the salt, and then the sprinkle with flour and toss until well coated.
4. Spread the wings on a baking sheet (on top of a silpat) and bake at 425 degrees for 20 mins.
5. Turn wings over and bake for another 20-25 minutes
