- 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/3 c canola oil
- 1/3 c unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c sugar
- 8 lg. egg whites
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350. Line 13x9 pan with foil, with ends of foil extendin over sides of pan. Grease foil.
Microwave chocolate in lg. bowl on high 1 min. Stir until chocolate is melted. Add oil, applesauce, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in sugar and egg whites; stir until well blended. Add flour and pecans; mix well. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake 25 min. or until brownies start to pull away from sides of pan. Cool compltely. Remove brownies from pan using foil handles.
