Ingredients
- 10 cups water
- 6 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 pints of 190 proof alcohol (everclear)
- 1 oz of peppermint or spearmint extract.
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
Cook water & sugar on low until clear (about ½ hour); add everclear and extract.
Makes 1 gallon.
