Ingredients
- 7 cups rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut rhubarb into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces; measure 7
cups
2. Bring rhubarb and sugar to a boil in a large pan over
medium heat until rhubarb starts to cook down
3. Reduce heat and cook until thick
Serve over ice cream
