Chocolate Pie

Nothing beats a good chocolate pie

Ingredients

• Melt over heat:
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 stick butter
• Add:
• 3 eggs. (blended)
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
I make an egg white topping but good with whipped cream also.
