Zesty Ranch Dressing

Goes with Pork Burritos. From Mom.

Ingredients

• juice of 1 lime
• 1 package dry ranch dressing
• 2-3 T salsa verde
• 1/8 t Tabasco
• 1/4 t lime rind
• 1/2 bunch of cilantro (or less. chop up very fine)
• 1/4 t garlic powder (or 2 cloves of garlic)
• 3/4 c mayo
• 3/4 c sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients together in blender until smooth. Chill in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
