Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 cup flour
- 3 Tbls powder sugar
- Filling:
- 6 peaches
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/8 cup peach schnapps

Preparation
Step 1
for the crust mix everything and press dough into tart pan. refrigerate 30 mins. dough fork, bake at 350 for 10 mins
for filling: peaches, sugar, cinnamon. cook for 10 mins, then yolks, cream and schnapps.
pour filling into crust and bake at 350 for 30 mins
