Sour Cream Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 3 tbsp. vinegar
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 4 medium cucumbers sliced thinly
• 1 tsp celery seed
• 1 small sweet onion sliced thinly
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and celery seed
2. Add cucumbers and onions and toss to coat
3. Refrigerate covered at least 4 hours
