Petite Popover's

Makes 24 mini yorkshire puddings.

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup buter, melted
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Grease pan's and set aside.
In medium bowl, beat together all the ingredients.
Use half the batter for each pan, fill each well 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-23 minutes, until golden brown.
