Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 bs sausages
  • 1/4 cup marmalade
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsps. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsps. onions,finely chopped
  • 2 tbsps. water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage and drain well. Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients.Combine sausage and sauce in an uncovered casserole and bake @ 350 deg. X 30 mins.
Serve with rice and a vegetable. Egg rolls are also nice to serve with casserole.
