PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Add all non-dry ingredients together in mixing bowl, blend well, add dry ingredients. Make round balls and roll in sugar, press with fork twice to flatten. Bake at 375° for 7-8 minutes.
