Turkey Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces turkey cutlets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsps poultry seasoning
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs flour
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Roll up cutlets and drizzle with olive oil. Then season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

Add 1 tbs olive oil to non-stick fry pan. Arrange roll-ups seam side down and cook 6 minutes on each side. Transfer to platter.

Add butter to skillet, reduce heat to medium low. Add flour and combine with whisk. Whisk in stock and season with salt and pepper. Add parsley. Slide roll-ups back into gravy and simmer on low until ready to serve.
