Chocolate Tofu Pie

  • 1/12-ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Graham crackers

Step 1

To make a simple, dairy-free chocolate mousse with tofu, simply puree one 12.3-ounce block of firm silken tofu (not Chinese-style water-packed tofu) with 1/4 cup maple syrup in a blender until smooth. Melt one 12-ounce bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips and add to the blender, processing until smooth and creamy. Pour the mousse into a dish or a graham cracker pie crust and refrigerate for two hours or until set. Serve cold.
