STRAWBERRY PIE (MOM)

Ingredients

• 3 cups marshmallows
• 2 tbsp buter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 4 cups Rice Krispies
• 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
• Stabilizer for whipping cream
• 3 , 1 oz squares white chocolate
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups sliced strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter. Cook over low heat until melted. Add vanilla and cereal. Stir until mixed. Press into greased 9" pie plate. Mold edges to make crust. Cool. Melt white chocolate, let cool slightly. In medium bow, combine chocolate, whipped cream and vanilla. Fold in strawberries. Pour into cereal crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with strawberries and serve.
