Ingredients
- 4 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 6 c. white flour
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 7 c. wheat flour

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, mix 4 c. hot water, sugar, salt, yeast and white flour. Whip by hand. Let rise 1 hour. Mix in separate bowl, 1/4 c. hot water, brown sugar and oil. After mixing, add to first mixture. Add wheat flour. Judge for stiffness. Knead 5-10 minutes. Let rise 1 hour. Shape into 3 loaves. Let rise 1 hour in pans. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees and 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
