Ingredients
- Bacon fat
- 1 egg, well beaten, room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk, room temperature
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Put 1/2 tsp bacon fat into 6 muffin slots. Heat muffin pan at 450F while mixing Yorkshire pudding. Combine well beaten egg and milk, beat until light. Gradually beat in flour and salt; beat with beater until smooth. Pour into muffin pans and bake at 450F for 20 minutes.
