Fresh or Frozen chuck roast.

Ingredients

  • 1.3 kg Beef chuck roast
  • 4 large onions.

Preparation

Step 1

FRESH ROAST:
Add a little oil to pot and brown meat on all sides.
Add 3 cups of water to the NutriCook Pot
Program selector - Meat
Timer 40 minutes
When steam escapes and timer rings, reduce heat.
When 40 minutes timer rings, change to steam setting.

FROZEN ROAST:
Add a little oil to pot and brown meat on all sides.
Add 3 cups of water to the NutriCook Pot
Program selector - Meat
Timer 60 minutes
When steam escapes and timer rings, reduce heat.
When 60 minutes timer rings, change to steam setting.
