• 1.3 kg chicken

Preparation

Step 1

Wash chicken, pat dry.
Remove most of the skin.
Add 3 cups of water to NutriCook pot.
Add chicken
Program - meat
Timer 20 to 25 minutes.
When steam escapes and timer rings, reduce heat.
When time is up, change to steam setting.
GOOD FOR SOUP CHICKEN
