Ingredients

• 2 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
• 6 T finely minced onion
• 1/4 c melted butter
• 1 t salt
• 3/4 t pepper
• 6 T evaporated milk
• 6 T grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 T cream cheese
• Tabasco sauce to taste
• Buttered bread crumbs

Step 1

Saute onion in butter. Add well drained, cooked spinach, salt, pepper. Pour in milk, add cheeses and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Place in well greased casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees 10-15 minutes.
