Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 lg. clove garlic, minced
- 1/2-3/4 stick butter
- 5 shakes soy sauce
- 5 shakes Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in butter. Add washed mushrooms with stems (cut large ones in half leave small ones whole). Add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Stir in flour and gently saute covered until crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
