Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon (16slices give or take)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used sharp)
  • 1/2 cup diced white onion
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 cup milk or half & half (maybe a little more)

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost hashbrowns.
Mix in a box hash browns, onion, cheese, and bacon In a different bowl mix eggs and milk until completely mixed
In a oven-proof dish or casserole bowl, heavily grease dish then put hash brown mix at bottom then pour egg mixture on top, do not stir together.

Place covered in refrigerator overnight. Cook next morning for 1 1/2 hours on 350°F, you can tell it's done when top middle is firm.
