Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup grated ginger
- 2 Cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup water
- 1 1/2 Cup Lemon juice
- 10 about 10 lemons
- 2 Cup cold water
- Ice lemon wedges for garnish
- Mint for garnish

Step 1
For the Ginger Simple Syrup:
Place all ingredients in a small pot. Place on medium heat and simmer until the sugar dissolves. Off heat, let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool completely.
For the Ginger Lemonade:
In a large pitcher, mix 1 1/2 cups lemon juice, 1 cup ginger simple syrup and 2 cups cold water. Adjust sweetener or lemon juice, if necessary.
