Ingredients
- 1(11 oz) can1 (11 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1(4 oz) can1 (4 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups diced Roma tomatoes
- 3/4cup3/4 cup diced red onion
- 11 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 1/2t1 1/2 t minced jalapeno pepper
- 11 avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
- 2T2 T olive oil
- 2T2 T fresh line juice
- 1t1 t salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together corn, olives, tomatoes, onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper in a large bowl. Gently fold in diced avocado, olive oil, lime juice and salt.
