Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Cook above thoroughly in frypan
  • Add to above 14 oz can cream corn
  • 10 oz can tomato soup
  • 7 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • Add to above 3 cups cooked noodles. (I use macaconi)
  • Pour mixture into 3 qt casserole
  • Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Bake 45 mins @ 350 deg Turn oven off leave casserole in oven x 15 mins.
