Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Wonderful change to Brussel Sprouts! Roasting brings out the rich flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 strips of bacon
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 lb of Brussle sprouts, halved
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in large skillet, until crispy. Remove and roughly chop.
Add butter to bacon fat, melt on high heat. Add the chopped onions and brussel sprouts. Stirring occassionally, until sprouts are a golden brown (approximately 8-10 minutes).
Season with salt & pepper. Toss chopped bacon back in.
