  • 1 cup raspberries; frozen
  • 1/4 cup cranberries; frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries; frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup low fat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 pinch Stevia sweetner; to taste.
