Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce and mayo. Add the chicken, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the grill to medium heat. When grill is hot, lightly brush the grates with oil.

3. Place the chicken onto the grill with a thick coating of the marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Cook for about 10 min. per side, or until chicken is firm and juices run clear.
