Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups Skor toffee bits
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Beat butter with brown sugar till fluffy. Beat in egg yolk and vanilla until creamy. Add flour and 1 cup of SKOR bits.
Press into cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let melt after 5 minute spread chocolate. Sprinkle remaining toffee bits.
Cool and cut into squares and then triangles.
