Southwestern Mexican Salsa

Ingredients

  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 ripe avocado, cubed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small can green chiles
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients; let sit at least 1 hour for juices to combine.
Serve as a sauce for tacos, tostadas, steak or use as a dip with tostadas
