Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) Vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cool whip
  • 1 package Angel food cake cut into 3 layers horizontally
  • 2 oz baker's semi sweet chocolate chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat pudding and milk with whisk for 2 minutes
2. Stir in 1/2 cup cool whip
3. Stack cake layers spreading pudding mixture between ending with cake
on top
4. Microwave chocolate on high for 30 seconds and stir until chocolate
is melted and smooth
5. Spoon over top of cake and refrigerate 1 hour
6. Serve with remaining cool whip
