1/24 Chicken Parmesan Casserole
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- hot red pepper flakes, to taste
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped basil
- 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
- 4 oz Parmesan, grated
- 5 oz Panko breadcrumbs

In 9x13 pan put in 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Lay chicken breasts atop oil and seasonings.
Pour marinara sauce over top of chicken.
Sprinkle on 1/4 cup fresh basil
Add 1/2 cheese over basil.
Sprinkle Panko (or garlic bread crumbs crushed) atop cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes, use meat thermometer to check done-ness (155 degrees)
