Filled Pie Crusts

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pie curst (in the dairy dept.)
  • 3/4 cup blueberry pie filling (or your choice of flavor)
  • 1 cup decorative sugar
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 3 " cookie cutter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Unroll pie crusts, cut into 3" rounds; spread each round with pie filling.

Cut other crust into 18 even strips. Top the filling. Brush with egg. Add decorative sugar.

Using a spatula, lift to backing sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
