- Quanity of chicken wings desired
- 4 rounded teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teasoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Steam chicken wings for one hour remove and let cool..
Mix four rounded tablespoons of cornstarch with one cup of flour along with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a plastic shopping bag (check for holes in the bag) along with the steamed chicken wings. Shake the bag making sure all the wings are coated.
Remove wings from the bag shaking off excess flour. Fry until golden brown.
Serve wiwth your favorite side. Mine happens to be baked beans.
