Asparagus Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese softened
- 1 3 to 4 oz. package blue cheese
- 1 tall can asparagus spears
- Fresh white bread, trimmed

Preparation
Step 1
Cut off crust of bread and roll with rolling pin
Spread with cheese and egg mixture
Place one strip of asparagus on bread and roll up
Slice in 4 pieces or 3 per bread and dip in melted butter/
place on cookie sheet for 15 minutes or so at 400 degrees
Serve hot
These turn out no matter what you do. Must experiment to see ho much cheese and how many breads needed. Practice makes perfect
