Rainbow Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, broken in pieces
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, sliced
  • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. 10 ox. frozen peas
  • 2 c. mayo
  • 2 Tbls. sugar
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6-8 sliced bacon, fried and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

Layer vegies in 9X13 glass baking dish in the order listed. Top with frozen peas. Cover and seal with mayo and sugar mixture, then cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
